The doodle depicts two little kids dashing one-horse open sleigh through the snow with some trees in back ground. Google has been wishing its users with a pre-Christmas doodle for over ten years now. ’Google’ is inscribed underneath this scene.

Christmas Eve is referred the evening or entire day before the actual Christmas Day, which is widely celebrated annual holiday. Enthusiasts usually start celebrating from this day with families and special gatherings. Churches on this eve also hold services that include Midnight Mass.

Google on Saturday celebrated Winter Solstice that is the official first day of winters. It was the shortest day and longest night of the year in the Northern Hemisphere. Google had marked the occasion with an animated ‘knitted’ doodle. Created by German illustrator Christoph Niemann, Google Doodle showed a pair of hands weaving a glove into the shape of the search engine's logo.
