According to reports, Google’s smartwatch named ‘Google Now’ will not only sync data from a smartphone to the watch but also act as a virtual personal assistant, answer the user's questions and display important information.

The smartwatch is also believed to get a longer battery charge and Bluetooth 4.0 support. It is said that in spite of wearable technology being a new segment in the market, developers are facing problems while determining consumer preferences.

Recently, Sony unveiled its new smartwatch 2 with Android device compatibility. The new smart watch will be available at a price of USD 200 in US. The wearable device works as an NFC watch with all smartphones using Android 4.0 and higher versions.
