Jaipur: Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot’s claim of zero tolerance against corruption took a beating as one more Cabinet colleague of the CM has been accused of corruption.

Bharosi Lal Jatav, Minister of State for Motor Garage, has been accused of misusing his official status to manage mining lease for his sons on forest land.

The case against the minister has been filed with Hindaun City police station by one Ashok Pathak.

Ashok Gehlot, who is visiting Delhi, has been apprised of the development.

Several cases are already pending against Jatav over illegal mining. Lokayukta Secretariat is also probing into the matter.

Significantly, about half a dozen ministers of the incumbent state cabinet are facing corruption charges.
