Results will be available on www gujaratboard nicresults in or www gseb org once the results are out.

Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB)  HSC Class 12 exams Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) had declared Gujarat HSC (class 12th) Science Semester IV Result 2014, Gujarat Board 12th Science Result 2014 or GSEB 12th Science Result 2014  .2014 began on March 13. Around 16 lakh candidates appeared for the Gujarat Board exams this year, out of which 9.75 Lakh  for SSC exam while 5.08 Lakh students for HSC general stream. Earlier on May 23 at 7AM.

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) looks after the Main and Supplementary public examinations held in March and October, for SSC Class10th (X) in 335 centers and HSC XII (Class 12th) in 158 centers. There has been a significant rise in the number of students appearing in GSEB examination 2014 as compared to  last year.  HSC question papers are set are set in six different languages - Gujarati, Hindi, English, Marathi, Sindhi and Tamil and in total 168 subjects are covered.

The Gujarat Secondary & Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) i.e. GSEB and GHSEB was established in 1972 beneath the Gujarat Secondary Education Act 1972. Gujarat Board is widely recognized as GSEB. The Chairman and Deputy Chairman for the board are appointed by the State Government. Different Committees with explicit duties and function are under the Board.

Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board is a government of Gujarat body, which is responsible for determining the policy-related, administrative, cognitive, and intellectual direction the state's higher educational system takes. Among the main responsibilities of the Board include academics, conducting examinations and research and development.

The main responsibilities of GSEB is to prepare curricular, recommending syllabuses, registering new secondary schools and monitoring their performance on regular basis, providing developmental guidance about school result, organizing training for teachers and principals, facilitating educational research, framing the rules & regulations for school management and ensuring their effective implementation . The Gujarat Board also holds a talent Search for students of Std VIII & IX in five major subjects every year, for nearly 35,000 students.
