New Delhi: Haryana Chief Secretary P K Chaudhery late night on Friday asked Khemka to see him in his office in view of the threats being received by him.

Chaudhery, who is also president of the state IAS officers association, is likely to seek full detail from Khemka regarding the threats he has been receiving during the last few days.

Earlier a day after his transfer Khemka wrote a letter to Chief Secretary P K Chaudhary, stating "my family feels threatened due to certain vested elements whose interests are adversely affected by the exposure of scams in this department (last posting). I plead for security and fixed tenure in a cadre post befitting my seniority".

Senior Haryana IAS officer Ashok Khemka received another threat call a couple of days back and filed a complaint in Panchkula police station after which an enquiry into the matter has begun.
