Ranchi: Bokaro sizzled with a maximum temperature of 46 degree celsius as heat wave conditions continued to prevail across Jharkhand.

Palamau recorded the second highest temperature in the state with 44.2 degree celsius, while neighbouring Latehar district registered 42 degree clesius, according to the Met office.

Ranchi recorded 39.4 degree celsius compared to Friday’s 40.2 degree celsius. Dumka recorded 39 degree celsius, the sources said.
