Ranchi: Jharkhand continued to reel under a heat wave with Bokaro registering 46 degree Celsius on Friday.

Hazaribagh experienced the hottest day in the last one decade recording 43.2 degree C, according to the Met office.

Ranchi, once known as the summer capital of undivided Bihar, endured another hot day with the maximum temperature touching 41.3 degree C.

The temperature at Giridih, Dumka and Palamau was 45 degree Celsius and Jamshedpur registered 44.7 degree C.

Temperatures across Jharkhand would be the same on Saturday with mainly clear sky.
