Bhopal: People of Madhya Pradesh who were expecting to get some relief from the scorching heat after the Monsoon hit the eastern part of the state will have to bear the itching heat for few more days as Monsoon is playing truant with the state.

Temperature has shored up in the state after Monsoon entered the eastern part of the state.

Highest temperature of the capital city Bhopal was registered at 38.1 degrees Celsius while lowest temperature remained at 26.4.

The Met office records show that the prospects of Monsoon remain dim for three more days in the state. As a result, there may be no let up in the heat in the state for few more days.
