Mumbai: Mumbai seems to be deluged once again after the heavy rainfall this monsoon makes the lives miserable for the Mumbaikars. There was a casualty due to building collapse and traffic snarls all over the city forcing the people to take a backseat.

As per TV reports, an unoccupied building collapsed in suburban Mumbai's Malad area. One man was trapped in the debris. However he had already died by the time he was rescued.

Trains on Mumbai's suburban network have been running late by around 15 minutes after incessant rain since last night.

Flights out of Mumbai airport also are running late by 15 minutes. Three flights have been diverted so far.

Although there have been no reports of water logging in the city, the high tide in Mumbai is expected at 12:50pm. A tide of 4.7 metres is expected and people were advised not to go to the sea.
