Ranchi: Jharkhand Horticulture Mission and Park Directorate will be organising a two-day long state level horticulture festival on March 24 and 25 at JAP-I grounds in Ranchi.
Jharkhand Chief Minister Arjun Munda will inaugurate the event.

Dr Prabhakar Singh, director of the mission informed that more than 100 stalls will be set up by 5,000 farmers.

A horticulture directory containing special information regarding farming of flower and vegetables will be given to the farmers.

The programme will be chaired by Agriculture Minister Satyanand Jha.

Singh also said that the event will give farmers a chance to witness new techniques of farming.

On the occasion, special trainings will also be given to farmers for raising their productivity substantially by using modern, safe and scientific methods.
