The hammer shield screen protects the display offering super impact protection. The manufacturer claims that it’ll offer 100 days of protection against the hammer screen.

  • The HSL Y501 comes with 5-inch display with a 854 x 480 pixel resolution.
  •  Powering the HSL Y501 is a 1.2GHz quad-core Mediatek processor
  • The device is clubbed with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of in-built storage, expandable upto 32GB via microSD slot.
  • Optics on the smartphone include a 5-megapixel primary camera along with 2-megapixel front facing camera for taking selfies.
  • The smartphone runs Android KitKat out-of-the-box
  • The device is packed a 2,000 mAh battery. The company claim that the device can offer 10 hours of talktime and upto 150 hours of standby time.
  • The dual-SIM phone has been priced at Rs 3,999 which will be available in black and white colour variants exclusively via shopping site Snapdeal.
