New Delhi: Rajya Sabha MP Amar Singh on Saturday rules out speculations that he will return to Samajwadi Party.

“I am not returning to Samajwadi Party. These are baseless rumours. I have not committed any fraud and so no question of any favour,” Amar Singh said.

It was speculated that after Uttar Pradesh Police submitted a closure report in a three-year-old fraud and embezzlement case against Singh, former SP leader may join the party.

Amar Singh, once a prominent SP leader, was expelled in February 2010 for ‘anti-party’ activities.
