Karachi, (Jagran News Network): Tainted Pakistan cricketer Salman Butt has said he has nothing to hide and will prove his innocence against the criminal charges posted against him by the London police.

Former Pakistan skipper, Butt, has been summoned by the London Police on March 17 to answer corruption charges.

"I have nothing to hide or run away from. I am going to challenge every charge to prove my innocence even in the London court," he said.

Butt also rubbished reports that suggested he will not make a trip to London and is all set to miss the interrogation from London police.

Butt, also expressed his displeasure over ICC verdict banning him from international cricket for 10 years.

"I don`t agree with the sanctions imposed by the International Cricket Council in Doha and I will also be going to London to challenge the case made against me by Scotland Yard in the Crown Prosecutor`s office," he said.

However, the left-hander is optimistic of making a comeback in the national side.

Meanwhile, young pacer, Mohammed Aamer claims that he is clean and will play for Pakistan again.
