The duo, who are returning to the silver screen together with Bhansali after the 2013 hit film 'Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela', took to Twitter on Wednesday to express gratitude to the 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam' director.

"Besides them, actress Priyanka Chopra, who also featured in 'Bajirao Mastani', used the micro-blogging site to wish luck to the whole team of the film. She wrote: 'Here's wishing Sanjay sir @RanveerOfficial @deepikapadukone and everyone in the crew much love and luck! #BajiraoMastani is a labour of love.The film will release on Friday.
