New Delhi: Carrying out the parallel diplomacy with the neighbouring country, India has invited the Governor of Xinjiang- Uygur  province, China to visit the country. According to the sources Governor, Uighur, Nur Bekri will stay in India as a guest from November 3 to 6. During his visit, a team of Chinese industrialists will also accompany him.

Interestingly, Bekri was one of the leaders who gave provoking statement on terrorism during 2009 communal riots in Uygur province.  It is worth mentioning that China riots raised questions on the terror groups functional in Pakistan.

However, in order to develop relationship with China, Minister of Sports Ajay Maken along with his team visited China earlier this week. The team met Chinese President Hu Jintao.
