Dehradoon: Asking the Central government to sever political ties with Pakistan, former Union minister of state for home affairs Swami Chinmayanand said on Thursday that the government must launch an America-like attack on terrorists taking shelter in Pakistan.

Talking to mediapersons, Chinmayanand said, “India should severe political relations with Pakistan. The presence of dreaded terrorist Osama bin Laden in Pakistan for the past five years and that too right under the nose of Pak Army clearly indicates that the country has been giving shelter to terrorists.”

Demanding Pakistan to be declared as a terrorist nation, Chinmayanand said India should wage a decisive war against terrorism.
“America had to bear only one big terrorist attack and the result is for everyone to see. India has witnessed many such attacks, but the international community never extended solidarity in India’s fight against terrorism,” he added.

Swami alleged Pakistan has used the American aid in sponsoring terror activities.
