Calling ratification of the historic Land Boundary Agreement (LBA) between both the nations as "meeting of hearts", Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said if such a pact was inked some other parts of the globe, then it would have been worthy of a Nobel prize.

"If you think Land Boundary Agreement is about land going this side and that side then think again. It is a meeting of hearts," Modi said in an address to select group of intellectuals, politicians, bureaucrats and students before departing for New Delhi yesterday.

He quoted a newspaper editorial that said the LBA was equivalent to the 'fall of the Berlin Wall'.
