Leh: With the building of Chinese forces along the border, India has increased its vigil as a preemptive action, though there is no instance of firing along Indo-China for long.

In a bid to keep a tab on border activities, Long-Range Reconnaissance and Observation System (LRROS) that will give information around 13-km areas across the border.

The Indian Army has equipments to monitor the Dragon’s activities beyond the Line of Actual Control (LAC).

The LRROS radars can view from Leh at the Army headquarters within minutes.

Apart from this, every personnel deployed at the post has been given hand held thermal imaging sensor so that any human activity can be identified.

A reconnaissance aircraft without any personnel has been also deployed across the border to keep vigilance on the activities of China.
