New Delhi: Terrorists arrested by special cell of Delhi have unveiled that the Indian Mujahideen might target sharp minded youth for their campaign.

Investigation suggests that Indian Mujahideen Chief Shahrukh Alias Yamin Ahmad has a good network with engineering students. Recently, Delhi police had arrested suspected terrorist Gauhar Ajij Khomeini who is a resident of Darbhanga in Bihar. In 2003, Ahmad along with an engineering student from Bhatkal visited Khomeini’s native village.

During the visit, Khomeini came in contact with Ahmad and both clubbed hands in their joint mission. Meanwhile, the engineering student has been absconding since then.

Ahmad has several contacts in engineering colleges of South India. Although, Ahmad does not have any direct link to the students, another Indian Mujahideen member Riyaz Bhatkal is in their contact.

The list of arrested terrorists also includes Abdul Rehman (19) and Irshad Khan (52). Both were linked with the Chinnaswamy stadium blast, Jama Mosque shooting and many more terrorist activities.

As per sources, Ahmad’s arrest can bring out some startling revelations on the Indian Mujahideen activities in the country.
