President of Citizens’ Forum in Poonch, Sanjay Raina said that the talks should not limit to paperwork but the decision should actually execute in terms of control in ceasefire violation.

Major General Umar Farooq Burki, the director general of the Pakistan Rangers, is expected to reach New Delhi today to hold talks with his Border Security Force (BSF) counterpart Devendra Kumar Pathak.

The Pakistan Rangers said in statement that as per Border Ground Rules 1961, a routine, biannual meeting between the Inspector General of the Border Security Force and Director General of the Pakistan Rangers is scheduled to be held in New Delhi from September 9 to 13. The meeting is expected to focus on border management and security along the working boundary and international border between the two countries.
