The five-day expo, which would be inaugurated by MSME Minister KH Muniyappa and Coal Minister Sriprakash Jaiswal, is being jointly organized by Merchants' Chamber of Uttar Pradesh, National Small Industries Corporation and Indian Industries Association (IIA).
    
The exhibition shall have about 275 stalls spread over an area of 1,70,000 square ft. Dozens of national and foreign companies are expected to showcase their products during the fair.
     
State Vice-President of IIA Sunil Vaishya said that domestic companies would showcase many items including leather products, readymade garments, spices, plastics and handicrafts.
      
The fair would also act as a platform for local businessmen to interact with foreign players. He said that government-run companies like SAIL, BHEL and NTPC are also participating in the expo. Besides, seminars and conferences would also be organized, he added.
