Here, we bring you some important postures of Yoga which will help you detoxify your body:

1. Tadasana
Put your feet together, lift toes and chest. Make straight your spine. Pull back the top shoulders and broaden shoulder's blades toward back. Hang arms toward your side and be straight like a mountain.

2. Urdhva Hastasana
Make mountain pose and inhale with sweep arms up and out (open). Take your palm together and straight elbow. Take your face upward.

3. Uttanasana
Hinge at the hips, down forward, put your palms on the ground. Down chest toward thighs and put chin toward shin. Make a soft bend in knees. This pose should be done twice or more at a time.

4. Plank
Stand on padded portion of the sole, take your shoulders over wrist and spread shoulder blades apart. Down your back. Draw navel up and hollow in-out your belly.

5 Chaturanga Dandasana
Bend your elbows toward back. Bend elbows, move upper body forward, try to bend your elbow at 90 degrees. Draw navel in-out, put your face forward.
