Los Angeles: A video containing intimate footage of pop diva and actress Jennifer Lopez and her ex-husband Ojani Noa has been found, after it was allegedly stolen by his manager.

Ojani's manager Ed Meyer handed over the data drive which contains the footage to be locked in a safe deposit box at a bank in California to which Jennifer's attorney Jay Lavely, will maintain possession of the key, reported E! Online.

"Now there is an evidentiary chain. Before they just wanted me to hand it over to Jay Lavely and he would just put it in a drawer. We went with a bank so people will be photographed coming in and out and there is no tampering," said Meyer.

The 41-year-old American idol judge will be allowed to view the footage along with Noa and his current girlfriend Claudia Vazquez, who had tried to sell it for profit.

The couple divorced after less than a year of marriage in 1998. Ojani is believed to have sold it to his girlfriend Claudia so she could release it on his behalf after he was banned from doing so.
