According to Kumar, he is not getting proper support from the party and its leaders in the poll campaign. And on the other hand, the AAP leadership is worried over Kumar’s alleged proximity to Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

Though Vishwas has put in lots of hard work in the campaigning process for the party, he has now been learnt to be upset with its attitude.

In the past few days, while taking pot-shots on BJP’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, the AAP seems to have completely forgotten about the misgovernance of Congress.

Vishwas wants to keep the series of tirades against Congress vice-president and his family and instead of Modi. Vishwas said that the party should focus more on the Congress pocket borough, where, the AAP leader believes that he is in a ‘better’ and ‘strong’ position.

According to close aides of Vishwas, the AAP does not want him to even win from Amethi.

Besides, the AAP has developed a suspicious attitude towards Vishwas over his closeness to right-wing group RSS and BJP. A senior AAP leader has even claimed that Vishwas is in ‘touch’ with the saffron party. He even said that the party is also having deliberations on the issue that even if Vishwas wins from Amethi, he may go on to join Rajnath Singh-led party.

On the condition of anonymity, he said that it was well-calculated move of the AAP to train guns on BJP and Modi as there is ‘no need of lambasting Congress on the issue of misgovernance anymore’.

In spite of that, if a party leader openly praises BJP, the issue is bound to generate suspicions.
