Bhagat S. Koshyari, BJP leader from Uttarakhand, tweeted: "Had words with Nepal government official and RSS Nepal. We are in touch. Slight damage in Pashupatinath temple."However, there was another report by journalist Nalini Singh saying the sacred Hindu temple had not suffered any damage.

"Renowned Shri Pashupatinath temple complex in Kathmandu has suffered no damage, is safe, according to reports," she tweeted.Singh's NEPAL 1's office is situated near Kathmandu airport.Prime Minister Narendra Modi had visited the temple during his Nepal visit.
