Kolkata: In a bid to provide an integrated training programme and to sharpen the management skills of the students of the Industrial Training Institutes (ITI) in the state as well as in the country, the Globsyn Business School, reputed management institute, has signed an agreement with London’s Bournville College here on Tuesday.

Acclaiming the agreement as a crucial step in the management sector, Vikram Dasgupta, CEO, Globsyn Business School, said the students will have the opportunity to improve their management skills and efficiency levels at national and state level in West Bengal.

In the initial stage, over 1000 students of six ITIs will be trained about industrial expertise. Kolkata will be the base for running the training programme across the country.

Indicating towards the political transformation in the state, Norman Cave, Principal, Bourniville College, said the crucial agreement marks the beginning of a new chapter in the management history of the country.
