Ranchi: Union Minister Jairam Ramesh would hoist the tri-colour in West Singhbhum district’s Saranda area on the Republic Day.
The Rural Development Minister would arrive here on Friday to visit Saranda on January 26 to participate in the celebrations, according to official sources.
