"Former deputy chief minister Nirmal Singh, state BJP president Satpal Sharma and Lok Sabha Member Jugal Kishore will go and meet the central party leadership in Delhi today to discuss the political deadlock in Jammu and Kashmir", said party sources.

They also said the BJP leaders will call on Governor NN Vohra tomorrow to apprise him of the party's stand on the formation of new government in the state.

The confusion over government formation got confounded when Mehbooba Mufti categorically said yesterday that she needed assurances on time-bound implementation of the agenda of alliance between the PDP and the BJP.

Meanwhile, Governor NN Vohra has asked Mehbooba Mufti to call on him at Raj Bhavan tomorrow to discuss the political stalemate in the state.

It's worth mentioning that the government imposed Governor's rule on January 8 and the state assembly has been kept under suspended animation after the sudden death of former chief minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed on January 7.
