Jamshedpur: Jharkhand Disom Party (JDP) has called a dawn to dusk state-wide bandh on May 19 in protest against alleged forcible acquisition of agriculture land at Nagari in Ranchi.

Prior to the bandh, JDP has decided to stage a dharna in front of the Raj Bhawan on May 14 when Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde would be visiting the state.

JDP President Salkhan Murmu said that the party would draw Home Minister's attention towards the plight of the tribal families in Nagari.
