Ranchi: BJP's Jharkhand Vice-President Deepak Prakash on Thursday demanded that the Centre should roll back the price hike of petrol after 'spontaneous' observation of the Bharat bandh in the state.

"The complete bandh in the state showed how the people have become burdened under price rise of essential commodities and petroleum price," Prakash said.

Life in the state was paralysed following the day-long Bharat bandh called by the NDA in protest against petrol price.
