Jharkhand: During a hearing of defamation suit concerned with a Muslim institution Anjuman Taraqqi-i-Urdu a High court bench consisting of Chief justices Prakash Tatia and justices Jaya Ram asked the state government on Wednesday to appoint teachers at the institution in next 10 days as the recruitment rules have already been finalized and JACK(Jharkhand Academic Council ) has been authorized to conduct the examination for which an advertisement would be issued by the council soon .

The government was ordered to start appointment of teachers in the institution in next ten days.

Remarkably, Jharkhand High Court had asked the state government to appoint teachers in the institution before the new academic calendar while cancelling an earlier order. However, a defamation suit was filed in the state High Court as the institution failed to do so. Next hearing in this regard would be made on November 23.
