The CM in this context praised the state's Director General of the Police D K Pandey for his leadership in the anti-Maoist operation and demanded police officials be honoured as the Army personnel.
    
Referring to the proposed Jain pilgrim centre at Madhuban, he said it would be among the international pilgrimage places within two years.
    
"The state has got a stable government after 14 years and Jharkhand will be among the developed states by 2019", he claimed.
    
The CM said Madhuban would be turned an 'Adarsh City' and repair of road works would begin soon.

Das said for developing rural areas, schemes for village development would be prepared in the villages itself through meetings.
