However, Pancholi, 22, son of actor couple Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab, was produced before the Andheri magistrate after the expiry of his judicial custody on Thursday morning. After being arrested, Sooraj was sent to judicial custody till 27 June. Meanwhile, Sooraj’s family filed a bail plea in a Mumbai Sessions Court.

The six page letter written by Jiah mentions that she was cheated and had to undergo an abortion. Though Sooraj’s family has stood its ground in terming him innocent, the police claims to have enough evidence to nail Sooraj.
