Srinagar: The Jammu and Kashmir government disbursed Rs 1,321 crore loans for priority and non-priority sectors in the summer capital Srinagar during last fiscal ended March, 2012, under the state's Annual Action Plan for setting up 46,578 business units.
Out of the total amount, Rs 776 crore was given out as loans under priority sector and Rs 545 crore were sanctioned as loans under non-priority sector, an official spokesman said on Wednesday.
An amount of Rs 29.38 crore was disbursed under various government sponsored schemes for establishing 1,948 business units during 2011-12, the official added.
