Jammu, Jan 06 (Agencies): Taking cue from its counterparts in other states, Jammu and Kashmir Traffic Police, on Thursday, launched its page on Facebook and also a website where people can post pictures and videos of traffic violations.

"We are on Facebook now. We appeal to the public to help us eradicate the menace of traffic violations by posting videos and pictures on it as well as on the website," said Director General of Police (DGP) Kuldeep Khoda after the launch of website 'www.jktrafficpolice. nic. in'.

People can just click photographs with mobile phones and also record videos about traffic violation anywhere and post it on the website and Facebook.
