Ranchi: Miseries for Jharkhand Chief Minister Arjun Munda are far from over. After the Jamshedpur by-poll debacle, the Chief Minister now finds himself at the receiving end of his own party allies.

The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), which is a coalition partner of the BJP in the state, launched a campaign against Munda after two of its MLAs initiated protests against him.

Following the delay in formation of Corporation board, All Jharkhand Students Union (AJSU) MLAs are adamant to boycott the Monsoon Session. In the backdrop of the ongoing activities, Munda has left the state stating that he is on a tour across the country.

Protesting against Munda, daughter-in-law of Shibu Soren, MLA Seeta Soren and Paulus Soren sat on a dharna at the Morhabadi maidan.

Addressing her supporters, Seeta said, “The entire government machinery is a flop show and there is no governance in the system. The issue of formation of a Corporation board is pending and if this continues, the government will not remain in power for long.”
