New Delhi: Amidst much hue and cry by the Congress camp over the probe report of 2G spectrum scam, Parliamentary Accounts Committee (PAC) Chief Murli Manohar Joshi before submitting the findings to Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar has taken all constitutional and legal aspects into consideration.

On Friday, Joshi discussed the issues related with the report with members of DMK, CPI (M), BJD and Shiv Sena. In addition, he is also investigating into the allegations of outsourcing and leak of the report made by the UPA allies.

The tenure of the present PAC will come to an end on April 30. Therefore, Joshi is planning to submit the report to the Speaker before his tenure as PAC chief expires.

However, in the absence of Meira Kumar, who is on the tour to Arunachal Pradesh, the report can also be submitted in the speaker’s office.

Sources said that due to Thursday’s episode of PAC meeting, Joshi is taking all the constitutional and legal aspects into consideration before submitting the report.
