London: Teen pop sensation Justin Bieber has become the first male to achieve the feat of having 10 million followers on micro blogging site Twitter.

On the heels of Twitter queen Lady GaGa, the 17-year-old is next person to score ten million followers on the micro-blogging site.

"I love u... changing my life everyday. I'm from a town of 30,000...so u guys are 333 times my town! Crazy! Never Say Never (sic)," Bieber tweeted.

Despite reaching the ten million mark, the 'Baby' hitmaker has a long way to go before taking Lady Gaga's Twitter crown, as the Judas hitmaker is still 500,000 in front of Justin.

"10 Million and growing...and everyday I will make the effort to show appreciation," he later tweeted again.

Bieber has now become the second most followed person on the website behind Lady G, with US president Barack Obama, Britney Spears and Kim Kardashian completing the top five.
