In a meeting with a German delegation led by its ambassador to India Michael Steiner, Kejriwal said that removing corruption was one of the main priorities of his government.

"Kejriwal sought cooperation from the German delegation on renewable sources of energy and skill development in the national capital for turning it into a world class city," an official statement said.

"Kejriwal further said that his government will soon bring a strong anti-corruption legislation to ensure quicker and stern action against bribe seekers," it added.

Steiner, accompanied by members of the Bavarian State Parliamentary Committee, congratulated Kejriwal for the Aam Aadmi Party's thumping win in the February election.
