Speaking to reporters soon after walking out of the House when the Chief Minister began his budget presentation, Achuthanandan said that the budget had been "leaked" even before it was tabled in the House.
He alleged that the budget had included various sops for various persons from whom "favours" had been taken by the government. The Chief Minister and some of his cabinet colleagues are facing corruption charges in the bar bribery and solar scams and "we do not want Chandy's corrupt budget", he said.
