Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy on Friday expressed grief over the passing away of former Prime Minister I K Gujral.
"Gujral was a competent diplomat and able administrator. His contributions to the nation will be remembered for ever," Chandy said in a message.
Kerala Assembly Speaker G Karthikeyan said, "Gujral was not just a politician who rendered selfless services to the nation in various capacities, but also a scholar who had a deep understanding of India's culture and art."
