Interestingly, it is the first KTM motorcycle that has been launched on a microsite. If reports are to be believed, the bike has become popular so much so that the enthusiasts have termed it as 'Virtual Insanity' as they keenly wait for the production version of this 1290 Super Duke R.

The microsite '' went live on 16th September, 2013. Starting from October 1, the company has started revealing information, step-by-step, regarding this 'Beast' including 10 specials.

“It’s always an honour to ride at Goodwood, but to be honest this will be the most insane bike I’ve ever ridden and yes – more than a certain MotoGP bike. Hopefully I can keep ‘The Beast’ on a leash and put on a good show for the fans at Goodwood. It is going to be memorable!,” said former MotoGP rider Jeremy McWilliams while sharing his excitement about the bike .
