"The state government should focus on seeking special financial assistance or package instead of special category status," he told reporters here after unveiling bust of former RJD MLA Devdutt Prasad Rai.

Stating that the special category status demand was not a practical proposition, Prasad asked Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to stop befooling the people and hyping their sentiments on the issue by undertaking 'Adhikar Yatra' from September 19.
