Araria: Trying to make hay while the sun shines, RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav flayed the Nitish Kumar-led government for misgovernance in the state when he paid a visit to the kin of those who were killed in the Forbesganj firing.

While speaking in a gathering here Lalu said, “We have kept quiet for six months, but no more. We will go everywhere and make people aware of the misgovernance in the state.” He even gave a compensation of Rs 1 lakh to the families of the people killed during police firing at Bhajanpura.

By terming Nitish tenure as a total failure, Lalu said, “The education system in the region is bearing the brunt of misgovernance. The government has brought an education institution like Patna Science College to a pitiable state.”

Unlike the RJD regime, corruption, bureaucracy and misgovernance have become rampant in the state, Lalu added.

He even alleged the Nitish government of dividing the backward classes, Dalits and minority sections.
