The Iris Pro 30+ can be bought from retail stores across India. It will also be available online from August 26 on Amazon.

Iris Pro 30+, a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) device, runs on an Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box. It comes with a 4.7-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) IPS display. The smartphone is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core Mediatek 6589 Turbo processor supported by  1GB of RAM.

It sports a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera with dual-LED flash, while it also housing a 3-megapixel front-facing camera. The Iris Pro 30+ includes 16GB of inbuilt storage which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). The smartphone offers GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, A-GPS and Micro-USB and OTG connectivity options.

The Iris Pro 30+ packs a 2000mAh battery which is rated to deliver up to 8 hours of talk time and up to 285 hours of standby time on 3G networks. It measures 138x67.5x7.9mm, weighs 116 grams, and is available only in Black colour.

The Lava Iris Pro 30+'s predecessor, the Iris Pro 30, was launched in January this year. Both the smartphones feature similar specifications besides the rear camera resolution, processor and inbuilt storage.

It is an upgraded version of Iris Pro 30 smartphone, which was launched earlier this year in January. It comes with 16 GB of internal storage, 7.8 GB for applications and 5.5 GB for media content, that is expandable up to 32 GB.

It supports full 1080p HD and 720p video recording and playback. It comes with features like face detection, four-directional panoramic view and high-definition range (HDR). Additionally, there is a 3 MP Camera on the front for 3G video calling support.
