The LG G Pad 8.3 comes with 8.3-inch WUXGA display with a resolution of 1920x1200 pixels. The device runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. It sports a 5-megapixel rear camera and 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. The tablet is powered by a 1.7GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor along with 2GB of RAM.

The tablet G Pad 8.3 has some premium features of the G series device. The feature ‘Knockon’ turns the tablet on by tapping the display two times. Another frature ‘QSlide’ allows the user to control up to three apps in one window and ‘Slide Aside’ deals with multitasking.

G Pad 8.3 will be officially launched later this week at the IFA 2013 trade show in Berlin.
