"The first month (January 2016) was good. It is difficult to predict but we are aiming for 30 per cent growth," LG Electronics India Corporate Marketing Head Niladri Datta told a news agecny in a recent interview.
He said in 2015, growth was below expectations at around 10 per cent due to unfavourable market conditions. Slowdown and currency devaluations were some of the events that hit the white goods industry in 2015. However, during the year, all product categories registered a growth, Datta said.
