New Delhi: The recently held housing draw by the Delhi Development Authority, has courted controversy with several people pointing fingers at the exercise.

Apart from some loopholes, name of some of the applicants in the final list, which the DDA claims are mere co-incidence, have raised enough doubts over the draw that would allot over 16, 000 flats at different locations across the national capital.

To begin with, contrary to what it announced earlier, DDA included less number of flats in its draw.

On one hand where three members of a family proved lucky to get a flat allotted in their name, on the other hand, eight people bearing the same name -Sanjay Kumar- were allotted flats. If that co-incidence was not enough, father’s name of all these eight applicants is also same- Om Prakash.

Out of the eight, four have been allotted flats in Rohini.

However, DDA spokesman Neemo Dhar has termed it to be a mere co-incidence. According to him, the draw was transparent and there was no possibility of any swindling in the exercise.

Following is the list of form numbers of all those Sanjay Kumars who were lucky in the draw.
