Bhopal: A team of Madhya Pradesh Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) has left for the national capital to collect vital clues in the bomb blast at Delhi High Court which claimed 11 people on Wednesday.

Besides, the state police have also decided to send two members ATS team to Israel where they would learn the modern techniques to deal with terrorism.

In Delhi, the ATS personnel are likely to meet the officials of Delhi Police and the National Investigation Agency. It may be noted that the two MP cadre officials, Sanjiv Kumar Singh and Sajid Farid Shapu, have been working with the NIA.

ATS Inspector General Vipin Maheshwari said, “Tackling terrorism is a national problem. Our officials will seek help in the matter related to MP which is considered to be stronghold of the Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI).”

SIMI has been providing network to the Indian Mujahideen in the state. However, its network has been demolished here.

Maheshwari along with ATS SP Dharamvir Singh Yadav have left for Israel to attend a course organized on the ways to deal with the terrorists.
