The event, to be held at the Y B Chavan Centre in south Mumbai, will include publication of a booklet highlighting the work done by NCP, party spokesperson Nawab Malik said.

Congress, NCP's partner in the ruling coalition, launched its campaign on 1st September.

To a question on seat-sharing talks, Malik said there had been no response from Congress yet on NCP's proposal, made at a meeting of top leaders of the two parties in Delhi late last month.

Talking about BJP President Amit Shah's visit in Mumbai, Malik said of late the BJP had been undermining its alliance partner Shiv Sena.
